In Vedic astrology, stomach ailments such as gastric ulcers, bowel disorders, indigestion, constipation, and abdominal diseases are closely linked with the Moon, Jupiter, Mercury, Venus, and the 5th & 6th houses in the horoscope.

Moon: Governs fluids in the body and digestion. A weak or afflicted Moon can cause acidity, indigestion, and irregular bowel movements.
